When you register or purchase a course on the bioMérieux University site, you are required to create an account. This allows us to keep track of your orders for you and also provide a login to access your course materials. Your login will be comprised of your email address and a password of your choice (the password must be at least 6 characters). If you do not have an account, one will be automatically created for you during your first purchase.
If you forget your account password – click the link for “Forgot Your Password?” on the Account login page. You will be required to enter the email address you used to create your account and then you will be able to reset your password.
Once you have submitted your information & payment, and it has been approved, you will reach a thank you page that includes a link to My Account where you can access your course on the CrossKnowledge system. Simply click that button and you will be automatically logged into the CrossKnowledge system and you will see all purchased courses in your account. You will also receive an email with a link to My Account.
If your instrument comes with entitlement rights, click "Add to Cart" on the course page. Once you have submitted your information, it can take up to 72 hours for your request to be approved. Upon approval, you will receive an email with a link to My Account where you can access your course on the CrossKnowledge system. Simply click the button and you will be automatically logged into the CrossKnowledge system, and you will see all purchased and/or entitled courses that you have been approved to access. If you are denied entitlement rights to a course, you will receive an email noting the reasons. If you do not received an email after 72 hours, please login to your account on biomerieuxuniversity.com and check the status of your order. If it was approved, you will be able to access it from your account.
